Betsy Lewis

Elizabeth "Betsy" Lewis joined Human Capital Advisors in 2023 following a successful career as a labor and employment attorney, most recently with Cooley LLP. At HCA she is not practicing law; she is using her vast experience with employment challenges to conduct workplace investigations of all types and provide leadership coaching to assist executives and companies to rebound from misconduct allegations and the ensuing investigations..  
Betsy is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, Chair of the Board of Trinity Seminary in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.  She is an Emeritus Member of the Organizing Board of MindShare, a past Director and Executive Committee Member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and a past Chair of the Alexandria (VA) Chamber of Commerce. 
Betsy received her AB degree cum laude from Smith College and her JD from the University of Virginia, where she was a Member of the Order of the Coif Honor Society.
